As an Executive Director in Corporate banking, you will join a growing global team responsible for coordinating, developing, and growing our global Infrastructure funds coverage business. You will have relationship and marketing responsibility for a full set of corporate banking products (Cash Management, DCM, lending products, trade, FX and interest rate products, commodity derivatives, Securities Services and Asset Management) as relevant for large global infrastructure funds and their portfolio companies. You will be involved in the origination and execution of infrastructure finance deals in close coordination with the Investment Banking coverage, infrastructure finance advisory (IFA) – loan and bond financing, M&A, derivatives structuring, payments and other products. We are looking for an experienced banker to be based in New York (potential flexibility for the right candidate) who will lead the GCB Infrastructure teams in Latin America but also be able to supplement their responsibilities on select North American clients and opportunities.
