Job Title: Emergency Department Director

Location: Great Falls MT

Salary Range: $95000 $115000 annually

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to oversee our dynamic and fastpaced Emergency Department. This leadership role requires a commitment to exceptional patient care operational efficiency and staff management. The Director will be essential in ensuring smooth operation across day and night shifts including weekends and may occasionally be required to fill staffing shortages in the ED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of approximately 19 fulltime employees.
• Responsible for maintaining an average monthly case volume of 3035 visits per day.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the CNO and other department heads to achieve hospital objectives.
• No direct reports from managers or supervisors; sole leadership for the department.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in emergency department management and leadership.
• Strong clinical background in emergency medicine.
• Ability to work flexible hours covering different shifts as needed to support the team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highstress situations effectively and make critical decisions.
