Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our team at Swift 7 Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both in-person and virtual
Work closely with event managers and clients to ensure all event requirements are met
Prepare and manage event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional materials
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are handled effectively
Help set up event spaces and ensure they are ready for the event day
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Maintain and track event budgets and assist with expense reporting
Collect feedback from event participants and assist with post-event evaluations

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
