Position: Sr. Client Partner
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: Full Time
Job Description
The Client Partner is a sales consultant responsible for managing a portfolio of high-growth accounts with the primary focus being account strategy, revenue growth, innovative solutions, and CSAT. The client partner will also manage the relationship with the customers. Someone who knows how the Oracle processes work and who has been in program management, and engineering management departments.
Client Partners are responsible for:
  • Sales, conversion, and onboarding
  • Understanding the customers' Business and Strategy
  • Overview of account delivery against objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Forecasting, booking, and revenue accurately for their accounts.
  • Develop, Propose, 'own', help implement and help manage Client Technology Plans (detailing agreed solutions) including price, quality, and timescales.
  • Support the identification and winning of new client s contracts (including supporting on writing and delivering RFP/pitches)
  • Research and write Strategic Account plans.
  • Deep understanding of technology and keeping up to date with new business and technology trends and their potential applications for clients
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in selling technology services in manufacturing or similar domains.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and Supply Chain technologies.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts (growth of $5m+)
  • Comfortable engaging at the executive level while also driving technical solutions with a cross-functional team.
  • Customer-facing experience and managed client relationships.
  • Experience handling large multi-location consulting engagement teams.
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Advise clients on the best-fit technologies and operational models.
ISV Experience Must!!
Preferred they should have experience in selling to these accounts or have relationships to open new accounts for us- ServiceNow, BMC, Microsoft, Workato, Automation Anywhere, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Adobe, DocuSign, MoneyGram, Visa, Mastercard, Experian, Paypal
