As we expand, we are seeking a proactive HR Manager/Recruiter to lead talent acquisition, compliance, and HR operations across both industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and healthcare roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive workplace culture, implement engagement initiatives, and resolve employee concerns.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and optimize staffing strategies.
• HR Policies & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and employee relations.
• Technology & Process Optimization: Leverage HR tech tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.) to streamline recruitment and HR functions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience in IT and/or healthcare staffing .
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, healthcare compliance, and visa sponsorships (H-1B, OPT, etc.) .
• Proven experience with ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems .
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
