Position Overview:
We are proudly obsessed with the dirty details here at Fikes! Our team is currently seeking a driven and dedicated Janitorial Lead to oversee our trusted clients in the Puget Sound region. If you have experience in custodial roles and leadership positions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership role, performing janitorial duties while managing other team members.
• Address client needs promptly, including urgent cleanups or special requests.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
• Travel as needed between client locations to oversee operations and address any issues.
• Ensure unit turnovers and building-wide janitorial tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities according to company standards and contract requirements.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to quality service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in janitorial services, preferably in leadership roles.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel across the Puget Sound area.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school or equivalent education preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employer-paid Life Insurance policy

• Performance-driven compensation increases and bonuses, with unique rewards for exceptional achievements

Pay: $60,000-67,000
Job Type: Full Time
Expected Hours: 40 hours minimum per week
Location: Puget Sound, primarily Seattle/Bellevue Area
