Full Job DescriptionDigital Marketing Director (Hotel Industry)Position OverviewOur client is looking for a fulltime Digital Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement within the hospitality sector. This role will leverage digital and social media marketing to reach targeted audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. This is ONSITE in NYC 4 days a week - non negotiable.MUST come from a SMALL INDEPENDENT HOTEL GROUP- this client will not consider you otherwise.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand and its offerings.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising.Manage social media presence and engagement to build community and brand loyalty.Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.QualificationsProven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent analytical skills to assess marketing performance and customer data.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
