About the Role: As a Marketing Manager focusing on the Higher Education space, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with educational institutions. Your insights will help shape our offerings and expand our reach in the market. If you have experience in university, community college, or higher education marketing, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop thought leadership content such as webinars, eBooks, and case studies to showcase our expertise.
Market Insight: Provide valuable insights into higher education trends to guide our product, sales, and marketing strategies.
Partnership Management: Oversee partnership implementation and manage student enrollment for medical billing & coding bootcamps.
Target Achievement: Ensure the delivery of marketing materials to partners and help meet enrollment targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Understand and align with partner needs, drivers, and success metrics to drive customer value.
Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys to gain insights into client and student needs, driving continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B and B2C sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Industry Updates: Regularly update the team on industry trends and changes in the higher education space.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a creative approach to engaging target audiences.
Solid understanding of business marketing strategies and communication.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and brings a positive attitude to the team.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years in higher education marketing.
Experience in B2B2C marketing strategies.
Familiarity with curriculum changes and student enrollment drivers.
Knowledge of the healthcare or revenue cycle is a plus.
