Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the lifecycle management of our global networking and security products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that deliver value to our internal customers. As a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, you will ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of networking and security products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to retirement, for all networking and security products.
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and other technology services) to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Define and document product requirements and specifications, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
Create test plans for new products or product features, outlining desired outcomes and key success criteria.
Continuously monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to make data-driven decisions aimed at enhancing the product offering.
Provide regular updates to leadership on product status, performance, and strategic direction.
Ensure all products comply with industry standards and security regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on network and security products.
Strong understanding of network and security technologies, including firewalls, remote access, DLP, SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, and cloud security.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles and delivering impactful solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP, are a plus.
