The Project Manager will:

• Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and maintain program deliverables, epics, and story data integrity in Jira .
• Build Tableau dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics, track performance, and enhance project visibility for stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends, develop and track metrics, and provide actionable insights to program stakeholders.
• Manage program tracking and performance reporting for digital transfer technologies, including Zelle , ACH , Wires , and Transfers.

• Primary Skill: Tableau (dashboard creation and data visualization).
• Secondary Skill: Project Management (strong experience in Agile environments).
• Tertiary Skill: Proficiency with Agile tools, such as Jira.
• Proven experience in program tracking and performance reporting.
• Expertise in interpreting data trends and recommending actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of core payment technologies and business processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in supporting payment technologies for digital transfers.
• Familiarity with Zelle, ACH, Wire Transfers, and related banking systems.
• Proficiency in creating metrics-driven performance evaluations.

The Digital Transfers Technology team supports the core payment business technology functions within Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) . The team's mission is to deliver seamless payment experiences across various platforms.
