What You’ll Do

• Property Operations: Create and execute annual management plans and budgets to achieve ownership goals.
• Leasing & Renewals: Drive leasing activities and meet occupancy targets through strategic planning.
• Tenant Relations: Provide timely and professional responses to tenant inquiries and maintain excellent resident satisfaction.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Maintenance & Safety: Supervise building operations, perform inspections, and manage emergency responses.
• Financial Management: Prepare monthly financial reports and collaborate with ownership on performance updates.
• Project Oversight: Manage construction, capital improvement, and tenant improvement projects to ensure quality and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of relevant property management experience. Proven residential leasing expertise is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Yardi and Entrata is a plus.
• Team Leadership: Strong supervisory skills to manage on-site staff effectively.
