We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Property Manager to join our team in the commercial mortgage industry. This role is essential within our organization, as you will be responsible for managing our commercial properties portfolio and ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and coordination of maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and manage leases, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet all safety standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning strategies for each property, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure all property management activities align with company objectives and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, making recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, ideally within the commercial mortgage industry.
  • Proven experience in tenant relations, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial planning and budget management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable lease terms.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address tenant issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
