**Key Responsibilities**

* **Engage with Sellers:** Build relationships with property sellers via calls, texts, and emails.
* **Maintain a Pipeline:** Use our CRM to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
* **Analyze Properties:** Evaluate property details to present competitive offers.
* **Negotiate and Close:** Overcome objections, secure contracts, and ensure a smooth transition for the transaction team.
* **Meet KPIs:** Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, including call volume, offers submitted, and contracts closed.
* **Morning Huddle:** Join the team to review goals, discuss challenges, and receive coaching.
* **Lead Follow-Ups:** Reach out to hot and warm leads.
* **Appointments:** Conduct 2-4 phone appointments daily to secure contracts.
* **Closing Deals:** Use tools like DocuSign to finalize contracts and collaborate with the transaction coordinator.

* **Daily Reporting:** Wrap up by completing reports and preparing for the next day.

**Qualifications**

* 2+ years in sales, ideally in real estate or a related field.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure.
* Availability to work CST hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
* Reliable internet connection for remote work.
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$130,000 annually.
* Structure: Tiered commission plan with unlimited earning potential.

**Within your first 90 days, success will include:**

* Mastering our systems and processes.
* Building a strong pipeline of leads and closing deals.
* Meeting or exceeding KPIs, including calls made, offers submitted, and contracts closed.
