Production Supervisor - Arlington, TX

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team at their new facility in Arlington, TX. This individual will oversee the assembly and fabrication of high-quality rigs, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and continuous improvement within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring productivity targets and continuous improvement goals are met.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage facility cleanliness and organization to optimize inventory control and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels to support operational needs, ensuring timely material availability.
• Work closely with leadership to plan and execute service and production schedules, meeting or exceeding labor and material consumption targets.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate purchases, transfers, and facility maintenance.
• Implement quality control programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set clear goals for the team, promote best practices, and encourage innovation across branches.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or higher education is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Previous experience in the distribution or building/construction industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

• Moderate walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs.
