Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team in the USA. This role will be instrumental in building authentic relationships with our creator community and shaping the strategies that drive content growth and monetization.

You will work closely with creators to ensure that their feedback directly informs our strategic decisions and marketing campaigns, helping us optimize our social media presence and engagement across various platforms. Your role will be key to maximizing content control and driving the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with content creators, offering guidance and support to help them connect with their audience in a meaningful way.
Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies that spotlight our products and services while promoting creator content in alignment with marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and run social media campaigns that focus on brand awareness, audience engagement, and monetization strategies, tailored to resonate with the US market.
Market Insights: Conduct research to stay on top of trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives and provide regular reports on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Partner with the global PR and Marketing teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency across all channels, contributing to the broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within the adult content industry, and familiar with platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or similar.
Expertise in managing top social media platforms like X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of creator-audience dynamics, with experience in fan engagement, branding, and PR.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools to track performance and boost engagement.
A data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing trends and campaign results to drive improvements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
