We are looking for a technical documentation specialist to join our team. This individual will develop standard and production models, continuous monitoring of the production models and adjusting models as needed, in collaboration with all the stakeholders. He or she will support at plant level product Master Data system development in line with central governance.

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY
• Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION – MODELS & MASTER DATA
• Maintaining master data & local views of finished product codes and the creation of standard models.
• Create the productive models and make them available to the system. Ensure that the models are fully completed and checked in all their parts (aligned with RDP2 & technical sheets).
• Creation of new packaging codes, scrap codes, and rework codes, & maintenance of master data plant views.
• As required, create models for new recipes in collaboration with local Technologist and Controlling teams.
• As required, request new 729 semi-finish codes through the MDG system.
• As required, request new 768 codes for internal or purchased semi-finish products through RDP1 process in collaboration with Central DPM Tech. department.
• For purchased semi-finish products, complete the details of RDP2 with the information provided by the PFMs, and submit to Central DPM Tech.
• Ensure models are created in adherence to the template logics and harmonization rules.
• Periodically run reports as needed on master data and models.
• Ensure alignment of master data between Ferrero SAP system and distribution center & co-packer for finished product and semi-finish.
• Responsible for correcting errors in models after release and calculation of NORMA (cost variances).
• Coordinates data availability for the budgeting process related to new products.
• Attend regular marketing operations meetings held by each brand team to receive information on upcoming projects.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Attention to details

• Understanding of production BOM flow from raw materials to finished product E.g. 760 729 768 772
• Ability to take leadership when there are issues regarding RdP/Technical Sheet/BOM
