Aston Carter is hiring for a Title Specialist
Key Responsibilities - Review and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct title searches and examinations to identify any title defects or issues.
- Resolve title issues, including liens, encumbrances, and other discrepancies.
- Prepare and process title insurance policies and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all title documents and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications - Previous experience in Automotive Title Processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in title software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to title processing.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
