Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Strategize and Execute: Plan, manage, and implement digital marketing strategies across various advertising platforms for multiple clients at once.
Digital Advertising Expertise: Understand and execute paid search and social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or cost-per-acquisition (CPA), while proposing and implementing optimization strategies to meet and exceed assigned KPIs.
Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to review traffic performance and provide ongoing optimization suggestions.
Reporting: Create and analyze campaign performance reports to share insights with relevant teams.
Research and Insights: Prepare research and insights to guide ongoing media recommendations.
Budget Management: Oversee budget allocations and bid parameters to achieve the most efficient results.
Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with media and technology vendors, acting as a resource for industry data and trends.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new bidding, ad placement, and management techniques through experimentation and learning.
Collaboration: Build collaborative relationships with internal and external creative teams to develop innovative media assets.
Budget Allocation Participation: Contribute to budget allocation for various channels and platforms.

What You Bring

Digital Advertising Experience: Proven experience in digital advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on paid search and social platforms.
Passion for eCommerce: A deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how media buying fits into the broader context of digital marketing, along with a commitment to ongoing learning.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta ads, and TikTok.
Strong Skills: Excellent organizational, tactical, analytical/data management, Excel, and communication skills.

Experience Required

Google Ads: Minimum of 1 year
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: Recommended 1 year

This position offers the flexibility of a remote or telecommute role.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 98,000.00 Per Year
