Job Title: Siebel CRM Consultant (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Siebel CRM solutions, ensuring they meet the specific business needs of the organization.
- Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods.
- Provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, issue resolution, and application updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM system, including managing records, user access, and security profiles.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure that Siebel CRM is running the latest patches, features, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data sync between Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools).
- Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for large user bases and complex CRM workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAI, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI, integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, EAI, SOAP, REST APIs), and middleware platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Siebel CRM certification (e.g., Siebel Consultant or Siebel Developer) is a plus.
- Experience with Siebel CRM in industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or retail is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
