What you'll do:

Team Player: Partner with internal teams and vendors to manage subcontractor work.
Contract Champion: Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Negotiation Ninja: Secure the best deals for our projects by negotiating terms with vendors.
Problem-Solver: Identify and resolve technical and administrative issues related to subcontracts.
Communication Pro: Clearly communicate with all stakeholders, from vendors to executives.
What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
Strong understanding of subcontract regulations and procurement processes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Bonus points for:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a similar field.
Certification in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution.
Strong understanding of information technology.
